Our diverse advisors have a very unique background. This team includes an ERISA attorney and a former CHRO of a 15,000 employee organization. We have worked with virtually all plan types and sizes across all sectors and industries and can also accommodate those who speak Spanish. Austin Gwilliam
Principal
Austin is a founding member and Principal of GRP Financial California. Austin specializes in advising committees regarding investment monitoring and selection, plan design consulting, and fiduciary training for, 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, and nonqualified plans. Austin has had the opportunity to service plans with up to $1 billion in assets. Austin received his Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Additionally, Austin is at the front lines servicing plan participants. He has a passion for employee education and investment advice. Austin is also fluent in Spanish, providing us the opportunity to service even more plan participants.
Austin has been nationally recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) as a Top 50 Advisor under 40 from 2014 to 2018. He has also been recognized as a 2018 and 2019 Financial Times 401 Top Retirement Advisor and selected by 401k Specialist Magazine as May’s Top Advisor by Participant Outcomes for 2020. Austin was also invited to be on the retirement plan advisory committee for PIMCO, Fidelity, and John Hancock.
When Austin isn’t providing advice and servicing clients, you can find him out and about enjoying an active lifestyle with family and friends. He’s a loyal sports fan of the Lakers, and his favorite movie is Forrest Gump.

Jason Jeskey, J.D., L.L.M.
Principal
Jason is a founding member and Principal of GRP Financial California. He is a former practicing ERISA attorney with a Master of Laws in tax from Georgetown University. Jason is licensed to practice law in three states and the District of Columbia and was in private practice for nine (9) years before becoming an advisor. With his experience practicing law prior to becoming a retirement plan advisor, he is responsible for providing technical expertise related to plan design and compliance.
Jason has experience working with plans ranging from $50 million to $4 billion in assets and brings a high level of expertise in plan design consulting, investment monitoring and selection, and relationship management.
Jason has also been nationally recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) as a Top 50 Advisor under 40 in 2016 and 2017. He has also been recognized as a 2020 Financial Times 401 Top Retirement Plan Advisor.
In his free time, Jason loves to travel and has visited 44 different countries.

Kyle Posvistak
Principal
Kyle is a founding member and Principal of GRP Financial California. With his extensive knowledge of recordkeepers and vendors, he negotiates cost-effective retirement plan solutions while achieving client’s desired plan objectives.
Kyle is passionate about educating participants and plan sponsors on all aspects of retirement plans. Writing and presenting numerous educational pieces, Kyle is proficient at implementing effective communication strategies promoting employee engagement in their financial futures through retirement plan investing.
Kyle is dedicated to creating lasting relationships with all clients by assisting with any retirement plan challenges faced. He does so by being an extension of his clients HR team.
In his down time, Kyle can be found spending time with his family, at the beach, or on a golf course.
